OFF SEASON WORK OUTS
The work is not over yet! As a matter of fact, it never ends for great players. Our AD is working on securing an all female work out time in the weight room.
Currently we have been taking part in the school's athletics program allowing us to hit in the cages, etc. Please see the Newport High School official website for more information.
